CST Proficiency Charting Tool

The following Excel files can be downloaded and used to generate CST proficiency charts for the test scores of students in your school or district. State level ELA scores have been entered into the files. You will need to enter the data from your school or district. You can obtain the data from the CDE website, http://star.cde.ca.gov/star2007/Viewreport.asp. It's useful to generate charts for both 2007 and 2006 to see progress.
