SIG Outcomes Report
In the State Improvement Grant (SIG), California’s Partnership Committee on Special Education (PCSE) outlined measurable objectives that, if met, would indicate progress toward achieving the desired outcomes. The SIG objectives serve as an evolving set of intended outcomes—for students, teachers, and the system—at the statewide level.
