Individual Activity Reports, Tools and Forms
The SIG Evaluators endeavor to build evaluation instruments and provide feedback which is inherently useful to SIG partners at all levels. Because many of these activity-specific reports, tools, and forms have a narrow focus, these materials are posted in each activity’s section of the website. Collaborative Sites Survey Findings Report March 2004
Over the past five years, more than 100 schools, districts, county
offices of education (COEs), and SELPAs have received California
State Improvement Grant–funded technical assistance (TA) through CalSTAT to foster greater collaboration between special education and general education at their sites. The TA providers are primarily staff from “model sites” with experience operating collaboratively. Recently, a survey was conducted to find out what, if anything, had changed at the sites receiving the TA. Forty–two sites responded. Here’s
what we learned from their responses.
