Team members are responsible for directing the instruction of children with IEPs who are in their classes and on their caseload. Communication with parents, support staff, general education teachers, and the administration are all part of their responsibilities. Every student with an IEP has their needs informally assessed on a regular basis to determine if they are working towards their goals and objectives; and, if not, changes to their program are made through the IEP process.
