Team members collaborate and provide service in a full inclusion model for students with disabilities, Special education and general educators work as co-teachers in the general education classroom. The head teacher provides administrative support for the teams of teachers to work collaboratively. The parent and family liaison provides support to parents through phone contact, home and court visits. The principal supports all staff through active leadership and teacher leader decision making.
