Data: TRACE (San Diego USD)
All students participate in life domain assessment through the IEP process as well as systematic data collection, curriculum data, checklists, and progress reports. All measurements are aligned with the TRACE Curriculum Guide. The curriculum is very individualized, therefore if a student is not meeting their goals, students can be reassessed and support staff can be brought in for consultation. DIS service providers, as well as regional center can be involved in developing alternative strategies to increase performance on IEP goals and objectives. Parents and families are involved in assessment through interviews, home visits and phone calls.
