Partners: TRACE (San Diego USD)
The partners with TRACE are providing opportunities for student work experiences. Adult agency partners, with TRACE, are collaborating to provide adult supported employment, integrated work and day program services during the last year of the students' school program. Partners include: San Diego State University, Dept. of Rehabilitation, Workability Programs, Regional Center, and Area Board XIII, San Diego People 1st, Business Partnerships Program and United Cerebral Palsy.
Other partners include: Best Buddies of San Diego State University, University of San Diego, and University of California, People 1st, Partnerships 4 Chances, Disabled Parks and Recreation, San Diego Community College District, PRO Kids Golf, YMCA of San Diego, San Diego Public Library, The ARC-San Diego, Easter Seals, Towards Maximum Independence, Community Options, Community Connections, Scripps Hospital, Sea World, World Beat Center, San Diego Desserts, Vitas Health Care, Fye Music, City Attorney's Office, KROC Center, Chollas-Mead Balboa Navel Hospital, Bay Side Community Center, Dave's Feed Store.
