CalSTAT recognizes the vital role that the World Wide Web plays in sustaining connections and imparting information to its constituents. Over the past decade, CalSTAT has offered time-limited online courses for academic credit, large-scale learning community conferencing for up to 700 users, and on-the-fly special conferences customized to meet the specific needs of its users. Most recently, CalSTAT has centralized its online efforts into two areas: Self Paced Online Training and a specific Community Network Space where our Leadership Community networks, plans for action, and shares learning utilizing the latest Web 2.0 tools to do so.
