Black numbers above each bar describes the total percent of students proficient and above, while the red numbers below describe the total percent of students less than proficient.

When comparing 2010 scores with 2009, there were moderate increases for both all students and students with disabilities. These increases were smaller than the approximately 11-point increase in AYP targets.
